In contrast to the Belchsingersonggrinderstuff ,all this is pretty quiet and balanced work, no heavily distorted noise or screams , pretty arty material
Most work made by mixing cassettes, reel to reeltapes, home-made soundgenerators and contact mics, surroundrecordings etc.
Recorded on different locations between 1982 and now
the track Nootloze Peilgang was send to the brilliant dutch VPRO program "Radiola-improvisatiesalon", hosted by Willem de Ridder, in the height of the days of the cassette-culture.
QD was 14 years old and attending a technical youthclub where he and his friends build weird primitive electronic musical instruments

Much much later QD started Belch or Belchsingersonggrinder, got bored by rock and took up again exploring again adventurous sounds and musical action. Hybridpackaging is a performance duo with artist Dennis Gunsing
E.M.I.R.S. is a soundscape and song-act started in 2013, mainly tape-based. along with (homemade) effects, live electro-acoustics and lyrics.
